Representative Tilton objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, CSHB 30(FIN) was adopted. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 2, line 30: Delete: "23" Insert: "19" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Spohnholz objected. The Speaker stated that all amendments to CSHB 30(FIN) must be submitted by 12:15 p.m. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" There was objection. CSHB 30(FIN) will advance to third reading on tomorrow’s calendar.
